Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to Kajian Hukum are subject to plagiarism screening before entering the peer-review process. The Editorial Board uses Turnitin to evaluate the similarity index of each submission.

The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold or containing indications of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or improper citation practices may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected at the discretion of the Editorial Board.

A final plagiarism screening may be conducted after the revision process and prior to publication to ensure the originality and academic integrity of the manuscript.
