1. General Format:

Article Types: Research results or conceptual articles in the field of law.

Language: Indonesian or English.

Typography: Times New Roman, 12 pt.

Line Spacing: 1.5 spacing.

Length: 5,000–8,000 words.

2. Manuscript Structure:

Title: Cambria, 16 pt, Bold, Centered, maximum 15 words.

Author Details: Name in Book Antiqua font, 12 pt, without academic titles.

Abstract: Written in English, 150–250 words, Times New Roman 12 pt, Italic, single spacing (1.0).

Main Content:

Introduction: Contains background, urgency, method (for research articles), and problem statement. No sub-headings allowed.

Research Method: (For research articles only) Explains method, legal materials/data, approach, and analysis.

Result and Discussion: The most important section. Structured according to the problem formulation. Contains scientific findings and critical analysis.

Conclusion: Answers the problem formulation and must provide suggestions/recommendations.

3. Citations & References:

Style: American Psychological Association (APA) Style, 6th Edition.
-
Requirement: Must use a Reference Manager application (e.g., Mendeley or EndNote).

Source Composition:

At least 80% / 16 of references must come from journals.
-
At least 50% must come from national/international journals, theses, or proceedings.
-
References must be published within the last 5–10 years (except for specific major references).

Academic titles should not be included in the bibliography.

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is Microsoft Word Office (doc. or docx.).
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guideline, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
