About the Journal

Kajian Hukum is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Janabadra, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Established in 2016, the journal provides an open-access platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and scholarly discussions in various fields of legal studies. The journal applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of published articles.

Kajian Hukum welcomes original research articles and review papers covering a broad range of legal disciplines, including constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, administrative law, international law, business law, human rights, and other contemporary legal issues. The journal is published biannually in May and November, with accepted articles made available online through an early view system prior to issue publication. All articles are published in digital format and are freely accessible to readers worldwide.
