Author Guidelines
Kajian Hukum is applying the double-blind review process. The authors are welcome to suggest at least three potential reviewers along with name and their email address. However, the decision to determine the appropriate reviewers is right of editor. The approved gallery proof of manuscript will early view online as early as possible upon received from author and final proof reading by editor in chief. The editorial board will make a decision upon the reviewers' comments or advice. Reviewers will give their assessment on originality, clarity of presentation, contribution to the field/science, Kajian Hukum has four kinds of decisions:
For checking Plagiarism, Kajian Hukum Editorial Board will screen plagiarism manually on the Title and Abstract of the manuscript by using Google engine. If it is found plagiarism indication, the editorial board will reject the manuscript immediately. |

Manuscript Submission Kajian Hukum welcomes discusses topics which relate generally to Law issues in Indonesia and around the world. Manuscripts may comprise articles (8,000-10,000 words). All submissions should be made online. Please upload source files such as .doc and .docx, and not .pdf files. Paper or email submissions are not accepted. We accept articles in Bahasa Indonesia and English we usually need at a months before our decision whether manuscripts are accepted or rejected for publication. Authors are advised to submit manuscripts earlier than three months from the regular date of publication as it is our standard by which all articles should pass rigorous reviews before publication. Format and Style Authors are invited to follow the journal's technical guidelines and style sheet, which may be downloaded by clicking here. Guidelines for Articles Please note that your manuscript should include a minimum of 30 footnotes that consist of 80% of journal articles published in the last 10 (ten) years. The remaining 20% may from other resources like research reports, books, and other relevant publications. Most scientific papers are prepared according to a format called IMRAD. The term represents the first letters of the words Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, And, Discussion. IMRAD is simply a more 'defined' version of the "IBC" [Introduction, Body, Conclusion] format used for all academic writing. IMRAD indicates a pattern or format rather than a complete list of headings or components of research papers. This journal will consider submissions between 8,000 and 10,000 words in length, inclusive of tables, figures, references, notes, abstract, and title. The editor reserves the right to reject without review manuscripts that are longer than 10,000 words or shorter than 8,000 words. The guidelines, including the template, can be downloaded here. Publication Ethics Statement Kajian Hukum has high standards for expected ethical behavior by all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer and the publisher. Kajian Hukum is a peer-reviewed journal, published twice a year (in May and December) Faculty of Law Universitas Janabadra. It is available online as open access sources as well as in print. This statement clarifies ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, the editor-in-chief, the Editorial Board, the reviewer, and the publisher.
